We are of a firm belief that the best intelligence in CPG right now isn’t in reports, but in the minds of industry leaders that are growing the brands, innovating and connecting with their customers using data and AI. So we built the space where this intelligence can be gathered and shared: the AI Decoded room.

At the event you will hear from your senior peers, all being asked the same questions: How do we move faster? Where does AI actually pay off? How do we grow across SEA without blowing margins? How is AI reshaping every commercial lever in CPG: pricing, supply chain, content, expansion.

Themes we will explore:

  1. Rerouted: How CPG Leaders Are Rebuilding Supply Chain Resilience: Geopolitical shocks, shipping disruptions, inventory imbalances across SEA. CPG leaders are being forced to rethink how they source, move and hold stock. This session is about building supply chains that don’t break when the world does.
  2. The era of AI-powered Intelligent Commerce: AI is making live calls on pricing, promotions and inventory right now. The gap between brands that have operationalized it and those still in pilot is widening fast. We cut through the hype and get into what real ROI actually looks like.
  3. The Omnichannel Game: is being everywhere killing your margins? Being everywhere is table stakes. Executing well across all of it, without cannibalizing margins, is the hard part. How are leading brands building the intelligence layer to win on every shelf simultaneously?
  4. AI, authenticity and the future of content: Your content now has three audiences: human shoppers, search algorithms, and AI agents. Scaling production without losing your brand voice is the tension every CPG marketer is sitting with right now.
  5. The ecommerce geo-expansion playbook: SEA is not one market. Each country has its own retail structure, consumer behavior and digital maturity, and the cost of getting entry wrong is high. This block is about making smarter, faster expansion decisions with data.
